1. Your credentials
After ordering you receive a username, a password and a portal URL (also called the server or Xtream API address), plus an M3U link. Keep that message open while you set up.
IPTV installation guide
Zyminex works on almost anything with a screen and an internet connection. Pick your device below and follow the steps — most people are watching in under five minutes. Nothing here requires technical knowledge, and support can finish the setup with you for free.
2. A stable connection
15 Mbps for HD, 25 for FHD, 35+ for 4K. Wired ethernet is always better than Wi-Fi. If you must use Wi-Fi, prefer the 5 GHz band over 2.4 GHz.
3. A player app
IPTV Smarters Pro, Kilo TV, TiviMate, XCIPTV or Smart STB — all free. The guides below tell you exactly which one to use per device.
Step by step
Choose your device
Samsung, LG & Android Smart TV
Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) both carry a free IPTV player in their own app stores, so you do not need any external box.

Open your TV's app store
On Samsung press the Home button and open Apps. On LG open the LG Content Store. Android TV users open Google Play Store.

Install the player
Search for IPTV Smarters Pro. If it is unavailable in your region, use
Kilo TV, Smart IPTV or Set IPTV — all three
work identically with a Zyminex line.

Choose Xtream Codes login
Open the app, select Login with Xtream Codes API, then type any name you like (for example “Zyminex”), your username, your password and the portal URL exactly as we sent it — no spaces, no trailing slash.

Let the list load
The first load takes 30–90 seconds while channels and the EPG download. Then open Live TV and start watching. Add favourites so your main channels sit at the top.
Samsung/LG note: Smart IPTV and Set IPTV ask for a one-time activation of about €5.49 paid to the app developer, not to us. IPTV Smarters Pro and Kilo TV are free — try those first.
Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
The Firestick is the most popular Zyminex device. Because the player is not in Amazon's store, you install it with the free Downloader app.

Allow apps from unknown sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. If Developer Options is hidden, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click the device name seven times.

Install Downloader
Search the Amazon App Store for Downloader (the orange icon) and install it. Open it and allow storage access when asked.

Download the player
In Downloader's URL box type the link we send you with your subscription, or enter
smarters.pro to fetch IPTV Smarters Pro. Install the APK when it downloads,
then delete the file to free space.

Log in with your line
Open the player, choose Xtream Codes API, and enter your username, password and portal URL. Use the Firestick remote's voice button to type faster.

Optimise playback
Inside the player, set the decoder to Hardware (HW) and buffer size to medium. On older Firestick models this alone removes most micro-stutter.
Android phone, tablet, box & Android TV
Android gives you the widest choice of players. TiviMate is the best experience on a TV box; IPTV Smarters Pro is the simplest on a phone.

Install your player
From Google Play install IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate,
Kilo TV or XCIPTV. All four support Xtream Codes and M3U.

Add a playlist
Choose Add playlist → Xtream Codes and paste your username, password and server URL. If your player only accepts M3U, use the single M3U link from your activation email instead.

Enable the EPG
In TiviMate go to Settings → EPG and enable the guide provided by the playlist. Set update frequency to every 12 hours.

Tune the buffer
Set decoder to hardware and buffer to 3–5 seconds. Higher buffer means a slightly slower channel switch but a far more stable picture on mobile data.
iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
Apple's App Store has several excellent IPTV players. Everything installs normally — no jailbreak, no sideloading.

Install a player from the App Store
Search for IPTV Smarters Player, GSE Smart IPTV,
Kilo TV or Smarters Player Lite. On Apple TV use the
tvOS version of the same app.

Add your Xtream account
Open the app, tap Add User → Login with Xtream Codes API, then enter the name, username, password and URL from your activation message.

Type carefully on Apple TV
The tvOS keyboard makes typos easy. Use the Apple TV Remote app on your iPhone, or paste the details from Notes to avoid a mistyped password.

Enable AirPlay if you want
You can also stream from your iPhone to any AirPlay TV. Quality follows your Wi-Fi — 5 GHz recommended for FHD and above.
MAG boxes & Enigma2 receivers
MAG and Enigma2 use your device's MAC address instead of a username and password, so send us your MAC when you order.

Find your MAC address
On MAG open Settings → System Settings → About. The MAC looks
like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX. Send it to support and we lock your line to it.

Enter the portal
Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
Set Portal 1 name to Zyminex and Portal 1 URL to the portal address we sent.

Reboot the box
Save, then restart the portal (or unplug for 10 seconds). The box loads the Zyminex interface automatically at boot.

Enigma2 users
Install an Xtream/M3U plugin such as XtreamTV or upload the bouquet file
we can generate for you on request. Support does this remotely if you prefer.
Windows PC & Mac
On a computer you have two good options: a dedicated IPTV app, or VLC if you just want to test the line quickly.

Option A — IPTV Smarters for desktop
Download IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows or macOS, open it, choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your details. This gives you EPG, favourites, VOD and catch-up.

Option B — VLC quick test
Open VLC, choose Media → Open Network Stream, paste your M3U link and press Play. The playlist appears in the VLC playlist panel. No EPG, but perfect for verifying that a line is active.

Use a wired connection
Computers are usually the furthest device from the router. An ethernet cable removes 90% of buffering complaints on desktop.

Cast to your TV
Connect the computer with HDMI, or cast the VLC/Smarters window through Chromecast if your TV supports it.

If something goes wrong
Setup troubleshooting
In 95% of cases this is a typing issue. Check for a capital letter turned lowercase by
autocorrect, a space at the end of the username, or http versus
https in the portal URL. Copy and paste rather than typing when you can.
Your line is active, the player is just failing to decode. Switch the decoder from software to hardware (or the reverse) in the player settings, then restart the app. If your ISP blocks IPTV traffic, a VPN resolves it instantly.
Try the same channel in another quality tier — most popular channels exist in 4K, FHD and HD versions. If one specific feed is down, report it and our team reroutes it, usually within the hour. Read our full internet speed guide.
The guide downloads separately from the channel list and can take a few minutes on the first run. Force an EPG refresh in the player settings and set your correct time zone — a wrong time zone makes the guide look empty even when it loaded.
