Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what we never do with it. Written in plain language, not legal filler.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

Zyminex is an IPTV subscription service. This policy explains how we handle personal data on this website and in connection with the subscriptions we deliver. It applies to every page on this domain and to support conversations by email, WhatsApp and Telegram.

For anything in this policy, our contact point is support@zyminex.click.

2. What we collect

We keep collection to the minimum needed to deliver and support a subscription.

Data you give us

  • Order details — the email address you enter at checkout, the plan and number of devices, and optionally a WhatsApp or Telegram handle so we can send your credentials.
  • Support messages — whatever you write to us, plus any screenshots, device model or player app you mention while we troubleshoot.
  • Free trial requests — the same contact details, so the trial line can be issued.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical logs — IP address, approximate country, browser and device type, and the pages you requested, recorded by our hosting provider.
  • Service logs — when a line connects, from which IP and how many simultaneous connections it uses. This is how we detect credential sharing and how we diagnose buffering complaints.

What we do not collect

  • We do not ask for your full name, home address, date of birth or any identity document.
  • We never see or store your card number, CVV or bank credentials.
  • We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data to anyone, ever.

3. Why we collect it

  • To deliver the service — create your line, send your credentials, renew or extend a subscription.
  • To support you — answer questions, reproduce a fault, and reroute a channel that has dropped.
  • To keep the platform stable and fair — enforce the connection limit of your plan, block abuse, and prevent fraud and chargeback fraud.
  • To meet legal obligations — keep basic transaction records where the law requires it.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

4. Payments and card details

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you pay by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the card or account details are entered on the provider's systems and are handled by them under their own privacy terms. Zyminex never receives, sees or stores your card number. What comes back to us is a confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference.

If you pay with Bitcoin or USDT, we record the transaction reference and, where a refund is agreed, the wallet address you give us for that refund.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site is deliberately light. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not embed third-party marketing pixels. What the site does use:

  • Essential local storage — your plan and device selection are kept in your own browser so the checkout form remembers what you picked. It never leaves your device until you submit the order.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google for that request. No cookie is set by us for this.

You can clear this storage at any time from your browser settings without breaking the site.

6. Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary with a small number of processors, and with nobody else:

  • Payment providers, to take and refund payments.
  • Hosting and CDN providers, which necessarily process the technical logs described above.
  • Messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, email), if you choose to contact us or receive credentials through them. Those platforms have their own privacy policies.

We may disclose data if we are legally compelled to by a valid order from a competent authority. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data under any circumstances.

7. How long we keep it

  • Order and contact details: for the life of the subscription and up to 24 months afterwards, so renewals and refund claims can be handled.
  • Support conversations: up to 12 months.
  • Technical and connection logs: typically 30 to 90 days, then deleted or aggregated into anonymous statistics.

You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see your rights below.

8. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to the staff who operate activations and support, and credentials for our own systems are not shared. No system is perfect, but we hold as little as possible precisely so that there is little to lose. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong — a mistyped email, for example.
  • Delete your data, once there is no active subscription or legal reason to keep it.
  • Restrict or object to a particular use of it.
  • Withdraw consent where our use is based on consent.

Write to support@zyminex.click from the address you ordered with. We answer within 30 days, normally much sooner, and we do not charge for it.

10. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the service evolves. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use Zyminex after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact

Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests all go to support@zyminex.click, or message our 24/7 WhatsApp support. See also our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
